Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Scallion, Ginger, Sugar, Salt, Sesame Oil, Soy Sauce, Pork, Crab Meat, etc.
成分: 小麦粉,葱, 姜, 糖, 盐, 麻油,酱油,猪肉,蟹粉等。
Instruction:
1. Fill a pot with 2 inches of water and bring to a boil.
2. Put a steam paper on the steaming pan.
3. Load the soup dumplings onto the steam paper.
( Leaving plenty of space between them to allow for expansion as they cook. )
4. Cover and steam over the boiling water about 10-12 mins.
Caution: Juices from dumpling are very hot. Be careful while consuming dumplings.
操作方法:
1、将适量的水倒入锅中, 大火蒸至水沸腾。
2、将蒸布或蒸纸平铺在蒸笼或者盘子上。
3、无需解冻,将小笼包摆放在蒸纸上,小笼包摆放时要有少许间距。
4、盖上盖子,大火蒸大约10~12分钟即可食用。
注意: 进食前请留意刚刚蒸好的小笼包汤汁,小心烫嘴。
