
20 pieces of Shanghai You Garden’s signature Soup Dumpling with Shrimp and Pork.
Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Scallion, Ginger, Sugar, Salt, Sesame Oil, Soy Sauce, Pork, Shrimp, etc. |
成分: 小麦粉,葱, 姜, 糖, 盐, 麻油,酱油,猪肉, 虾仁等。 |
Instruction: |
1. Fill a pot with 2 inches of water and bring to a boil. |
2. Put a steam paper on the steaming pan. |
3. Load the soup dumplings onto the steam paper. |
( Leaving plenty of space between them to allow for expansion as they cook. ) |
4. Cover and steam over the boiling water about 10-12 mins. |
Caution: Juices from dumpling are very hot. Be careful while consuming dumplings. |
操作方法: |
1、将适量的水倒入锅中, 大火蒸至水沸腾。 |
2、将蒸布或蒸纸平铺在蒸笼或者盘子上。 |
3、无需解冻,将小笼包摆放在蒸纸上,小笼包摆放时要有少许间距。 |
4、盖上盖子,大火蒸大约10~12分钟即可食用。 |
注意: 进食前请留意刚刚蒸好的小笼包汤汁,小心烫嘴。 |
