Ingredients: Glutinous Rice Flour, Rice Flour, Red Bean Paste, etc. |
成分: 糯米粉,粘米粉,红豆沙等。 |
Instruction: |
1. Fill a pot with 2 inches of water and bring to a boil. |
2. Put a steam paper on the steaming pan. |
3. Load the rice cake onto the steam paper. Steam over the boiling water about 3-5 mins. |
Caution: Red Bean Paste from rice cake is very hot. Be careful while consuming rice cake. |
操作方法: |
1、将适量的水倒入锅中, 大火蒸至水沸腾。 |
2、将蒸布或蒸纸平铺在蒸笼或者盘子上。 |
3、无需解冻,将豆沙青团摆放在蒸纸上。 |
4、盖上盖子,大火蒸大约3-5分钟即可食用。 |
注意: 进食前请留意刚刚蒸好的红豆沙,小心烫嘴。 |
